I ordered a sofa from Car's in Sep 11 which was suppose to be deliver to me by the December and I had to pay in full up front. after 3 months when I called to find out about my order, they gave me the run around!!!

it is Jan of 2012 and still do not have the sofa, don't know when it come and the office manager at the store is very rude to me.

I contact the VP and he never returned my call. Lucky I paid with credit card so I can dispute the charge

Monetary Loss: $2696.
